At Metropolis, your satisfaction is always our priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Reimbursement

We accept reimbursement requests for items returned within [X] days of delivery, provided that:

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are included

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by us are not eligible for reimbursement.

  2. Once approved, ship your item to the return address provided.

  3. After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your reimbursement within 7 business days .

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
